Enterprise fire drill

In order to enable all employees of the company to understand the basic knowledge of fire prevention, improve their awareness of safety precautions, enhance their self-protection ability, master emergency response and evacuation skills for sudden fires, learn how to extinguish fires and evacuate personnel and property in an orderly manner, and ensure the safety of employees' lives and company property; On May 13, 2025, Wuxi Meihuichen Textile Products Co., Ltd. organized a practical fire drill for all employees.



This all staff fire drill is led by Xu Wei, the company's HR and administrative director, who is responsible for organizing and directing the fire drill. The drill work group is divided into four groups: alert group, evacuation group, fire extinguishing group, and rescue group.



On the morning of 09:00-10:00, the company organized representatives from various departments and groups to attend a drill communication and coordination meeting in Conference Room A on the 3rd floor. They provided training on fire safety knowledge and practical operations to relevant personnel, and made careful arrangements for the afternoon fire drill work.
At 3:00 pm that day, the security guard issued a fire alarm signal. After receiving instructions, each exercise team quickly arrived in place. All volunteer firefighters and staff participating in the exercise wore fire exercise work cards and, in the shortest possible time, commanded employees to evacuate in an orderly manner from designated routes through commands and gestures in the workshop, stairwells, and safety exits; Evacuate all personnel on site to a safe area quickly and orderly.



The fire drill was conducted in an orderly and tense manner according to the predetermined plan. After the overall evacuation was in place, personnel from various departments gathered at the basketball court in front of the company dormitory and conducted a personnel count and statistics. Subsequently, the security team leader Zhang Xuanbin guided the security personnel and volunteer firefighters to practice using dry powder fire extinguishers for on-site firefighting.
