We are thrilled to officially launch our brand-new non-slip silicone grip microfiber cleaning cloth, a creative and practical new addition to our microfiber product lineup. With more than 12 years of professional experience manufacturing microfiber textile products, our factory has always focused on developing functional textile accessories that balance usability, durability and visual appeal. This newly released cleaning cloth is specially engineered for cleaning optical lenses, electronic screens and other delicate glossy surfaces, targeting global brand retailers, optical shop suppliers, promotional gift distributors and wholesale buyers across Europe, America and Oceania.
Premium Dual-Sided Material Design
This product differentiates itself from conventional plain microfiber lens cloths with its unique two-sided structure. The front side is made of high-density premium microfiber fabric. The ultra-fine split fibres are lint-free, soft and non-abrasive, which can effortlessly capture fingerprints, skin oil, dust and tiny debris from delicate surfaces. When you wipe eyeglasses, sunglasses, camera lenses, smartwatch screens, mobile phone displays, jewelry and optical filters, it will not leave streaks, water marks or scratch the anti-reflective and coated layers on your precious items.
The reverse side features dotted anti-slip silicone backing, the highlight of this cleaning cloth. Ordinary lens cloths often slip easily out of hands during wiping, especially when your fingers are slightly damp. Our silicone dot coating provides stable friction and grip, holding the cloth securely in your palm while cleaning. The silicone layer is flexible and will not harden or peel after repeated use and washing. It adds extra convenience for daily cleaning and brings a one-of-a-kind selling point that helps your products stand out on retail shelves.
Full Custom Printing & Size Options
We support full custom sublimation printing on the fabric surface. As shown in our sample designs, adorable cartoon illustrations, custom artwork, brand logos, seasonal graphics and exclusive patterns can be printed in high definition. Our advanced sublimation printing technology embeds ink deep into fabric fibres, delivering bright, saturated colours and crisp details. The printed patterns maintain great colour fastness after countless washes, resisting fading, cracking or peeling. You can even design interactive prints such as board game patterns for extra fun value and attract younger consumers.
The standard size of this cleaning cloth is 20×20 cm, compact and lightweight, easy to store inside eyeglass pouches, backpacks, purses and travel bags. We also accept custom size requests, so you can tailor dimensions to fit your own packaging and marketing plans. Whether you need small mini-sized cloths for gift sets or larger pieces for multi-scene cleaning, our production team can adjust cutting specifications to match your requirements.
Strict Factory Quality Control & Certifications
Our factory implements rigorous multi-stage quality control systems. We carry out raw fabric inspection before production, test the bonding strength of silicone anti-slip coating, verify printing colour fastness, and inspect cutting and finished edges for every batch of goods. Our textiles comply with international textile standards and relevant certification requirements to meet strict market regulations in overseas countries.
All raw materials are carefully screened to ensure they are skin-friendly and free from harmful chemical substances. Every finished piece goes through manual random sampling before packing. We support private label and exclusive custom illustration development. The MOQ is negotiable for bulk orders, we welcome both small trial orders for market testing and large-scale mass production.
Flexible Global Shipping & Logistics
We provide flexible shipping solutions to meet varied delivery schedules. Small trial orders and sample shipments can be delivered by express for fast lead times, while bulk wholesale orders can be shipped by sea to control your logistics expenses. Our logistics team closely tracks every shipment and updates delivery status promptly, to ensure goods arrive safely at your warehouse.
